In 2017, I was part of the team responsible for implementing telework at the Federal Prosecution Service of Brazil (MPF). I contributed by suggesting improvements to the regulation of the program, guiding the development of the telework management system, and creating the project’s visual identity.
To support adoption across the institution, I also produced instructional videos that explained the new remote work process. This initiative combined design, communication, and technology to make telework clear, accessible, and effective.
